This past weekend, part of our Pro AV Systems family participated in the New England Parkinson’s Ride. The event, which is now one of the largest Michael J. Fox Foundation fundraisers, was a huge success! With over 800 riders and raising over $400K, the event was amazing! The event continues to raise money for the entire year, and hopes to raise over $700K by the end of 2015. From the pre-ride Lobster Dinner on Friday night to the celebrations at the finish line, it was a very exciting weekend and event to be a part of. Pro AV Systems was a Silver Sponsor – and donated a brand new audio system for the event to really help kick up the sound! We also had a team of riders from the office that participated in the 50 mile ride, and they all finished with smiles on their faces, having a great time throughout the entire ride. The ride itself starts and finishes at the ballpark in Old Orchard Beach, and the route goes through the scenic coastal Maine towns of Biddeford, Saco and Kennebunk, providing a beautiful backdrop for riders.
