The LG DigiTour is a unique 3D showroom and immersive platform that engages users by allowing them to tour one of four commercial spaces virtually. Customers can choose from Corporate, Education, Control Room and Innovation and use their mouse to move about the space virtually. Powered by an advanced real-time 3D creation tool–Unreal Engine Platform–virtual guests can not only move throughout the rooms, but also interact with products, instantly pulling up features, specs and more. The company plans to add more spaces in the near future.
The platform also hosts live chats, providing visitors with the opportunity to inquire about any products of interest and speak with an LG representative in real time to address questions. In addition to the interactive online showroom, LG is using On24 to host virtual webinars and events where industry leaders can interact and communicate during the pandemic and beyond.
