Exterity, an enterprise IP video technology company, debuted the new AvediaPlayer m9045 Media Player at Infocomm. Expected to start shipping this summer, the new media player completes the end-to-end 4K continuity via all Exterity products to deliver 4K Ultra HD digital signage and enterprise video display content.
The Avedia Player m9045 features 32GB storage, a fanless design and cost-effective Power over Ethernet (PoE). The set top box delivers network video decoding and includes the proprietary software ArtioSign. This digital signage application enables digital content to be delivered to any connected display, whether a single endpoint or a network of screens. Users can create and manage digital signage with a drag and drop interface. The graphical editor allows users to build custom signage layouts, including video, text, graphics, PDFs, PPTs and RSS feeds. The latest version of Exterity’s ArtioSign digital signage application includes the ability to add live Twitter feeds to signage, automatic conversion of imported videos, and LG 10-inch small signage display support.
