Epson has recently expanded their popular PowerLite projector line to included seven new projectors designed for K-12 education environments. The PowerLite E20, X49 and W49 offer quality projection at affordable pricing. The E20 and X49 both offer an XGA resolution with a brightness of 3,400 lumens and 3,600 lumens, respectively. The W49 offers a WXGA resolution with a brightness of 3,800 lumens. The PowerLite 118, 119W, 982W, and 992F are networkable classroom projectors with premium connectivity and audio. The 118 offers XGA resolution with a brightness of 3,800 lumens, while the 119W and 982W offer WXGA resolution and brightness of 4,000 and 4,200 lumens, respectively. The PowerLite 992F also comes equipped with Epson’s proprietary Miracast and built-in wireless with enterprise-level security for enhanced connectivity and flexibility.
The new PowerLite projectors are designed to meet the specific needs of today’s educators and students with convenient and affordable classroom solutions that include advanced connectivity, high brightness and long lamp life for less maintenance. Educators can simultaneously display content from up to four devices with the Epson iProjection 3 wireless display solution that includes a built-in moderator function. Additionally, the PowerLite 992F’s Miracast technology allows educators to connect with a laptop, tablet or smartphone and mirror Full HD content including movies, videos, photos and music without the need for any cables.
The PowerLite E20 is currently available for sale. The PowerLite X49, W49, 118, 119W and 982W will be available in June and the PowerLite 992F in July.
