Crestron has recently announced that they are partnering with Jabra and Huddly to bring intelligent video support to the Crestron Flex platform. A seamless video conferencing solution for in person and hybrid collaboration, Crestron Flex offers an intuitive and comprehensive system that natively supports Microsoft Teams and Zoom. It’s ease of use and consistent performance offer the hybrid workforces of today an effective collaboration tool to facilitate productive meetings that allow equal access by those both in person and at home. Intelligent video provides an even more heightened level of involvement that provides those who are not on site to access a nearly identical meeting experience.

The addition of intelligent video support for Jabra and Huddly cameras enhances the immersive and equitable experience of the Crestron Flex platform by providing the following features:

People counting and face framing recognizes each participant in the room and provide a single image of each participant as well as a full room view to ensure each participant, both locally and remote, have an equal seat at the table.

Full room view gives a full 180˚ view of the room that fully optimizes small spaces for better video conferencing, ensuring every person can be seen clearly, all while maintaining proper social distancing protocols.

Whiteboard Sharing enables participants, both in-person and remote, to view and share content from up to three whiteboards digitally, extending the functionality and usability of whiteboard collaboration to outside the room.

Analytics of room utilization and occupancy, along with people counting, provide better insight into how your spaces are being used which enables more efficient real estate planning and budgeting.
