Crestron recently announced that they are expanding their partnership with Zoom Video Communications to include Crestron’s TSW Touch Screen line. Zoom is a cloud-based video and web conferencing service compatible with multiple communication systems and AV hardware applications. It works with various components including desktops, laptops, projectors, microphones and digital screens. So no matter how many connected devices are being used, whether local or remote, you won’t be forced to sacrifice audio coverage or video quality. Called Room Zoom in Crestron products, Zooms capabilities were previously integrated into Crestron’s Mercury, another desktop collaboration solution that when attached to a Zoom Room, can operate as a combination of a speakerphone and a controller.
With this expanded partnership, Crestron and Zoom are able to integrate the entire Crestron ecosystem of control; including DM NVX, AV, fully integrated-audio, lighting, and shades with the native Zoom Rooms experience.
