InfoComm 2021, happening this week, from October 27-29th in Orlando, Florida, will once again be offered as an in-person event, after last year’s event went virtual. This year’s show will also offer a virtual experience that will include livestreamed content. This hybrid format will allow people from around the world and those who may have COVID related concerns to still participate in the highly anticipated event. AVIXA, producer of the annual tradeshow, recently announced details regarding the virtual offering that will allow online participants to view highlights of those products and solutions that will be showcased at InfoComm 2021.
The virtual experience will include a daily livestreamed InfoComm Morning Show that will feature interviews with key speakers along with industry experts. Additionally, there will be a livestream of the Technology Innovation Stage, where 25 sessions will be presented covering pro AV solutions trends, a state of the industry presentation from AVIXA’s market intelligence team, and product announcements and demonstrations. The AVIXA Women’s Council Keynote presentation by Sara Potecha, will also be broadcast live. Each day will wrap up with a highlight reel of the show’s events.
As part of the virtual experience, a virtual Post-Show Event on November 9th and 10th will feature interactive sessions and one-on-one appointment scheduling with InfoComm exhibitors. The Virtual Post-Show Event will also include a select number of InfoComm conferencing and collaboration sessions and all the D=SIGN sessions will be available to view on demand. These sessions explore topics such as designing flexible collaboration spaces, interactivity and touch screens in a post-pandemic world, as well as security and privacy for digital signage networks.
AVIXA is offering the virtual-only pass for $59 for AVIXA Premium and Elite Members and $89 for free members and non-members. In-person InfoComm 2021 attendees will have free access to the on-demand content from the virtual show from November 1 to November 30 as well as the Virtual Post Show.
