About Steve

Familiar with Pro AV Systems’ reputation as an industry leader, Steve observed the growth in the company throughout the years and wanted to be a part of it. He felt the timing was right to get on board, joining the company as Sales Engineer in the fall of 2015. Steve brings his AV experience from a broad selection of customer industries, well-known in the Boston area including Massport, Lahey and Tufts Health, and Suffolk and Northeastern Universities.

As a Sales Engineer, Steve designs technology solutions that really work for, and are aligned with, the customer’s needs and budget. He truly understands the technology and the capabilities it gives to his customers, designing with the end user in mind and how it will help in their day to day responsibilities. He prides himself on being accessible to his customers, meeting with them to clearly understand their goals. His high standards shape him as a person who you can always count on and who will tell it like it is, with honesty and integrity.

Steve and his team are responsible for designing, engineering, and selling some of the most advanced, effective, and efficient systems in the industry. He is certified to work with many top brands including Extron, Crestron, and Cisco. He finds joy in the ever-changing nature of technology, designing and developing solutions that really work.

Born and raised in Somerville, MA, Steve relocated to Southern New Hampshire, where apparently nearly 76% of the locals there have also migrated from the greater Boston area! Steve has a heart of gold and a soft spot for the issue of hunger. He is a volunteer for the New Hampshire Food Bank and contributes his considerable skills to the cause. At the 2014 Hunger Study in America program, he set up the user survey stations for wireless uploading and counting participants.

What I love about the AV business is it is always evolving; which pushes me to learn and understand new technologies. I am delighted to be at ProAV. I have found everyone to be “Connected by Common Purpose”. When we succeed; we all succeed! Where we go from here is anyone’s guess. However, I can guarantee it won’t be dull!
