Peerless AV exhibited their Xtreme High Bright Outdoor Displays at ISE 2019 while being dunked in a tank of water to demonstrate their extreme durability in wet conditions. And while they don’t recommend installing the displays underwater, they are certainly outfitted to withstand very wet weather. With an IP68 rating and a patented Dynamic Thermal Transfer System, the Xtreme High Bright Display is fully sealed and maintenance-free with no fans, vents or filters offering complete protection against water, dust, moisture & insects.

Water is not all these displays can withstand. With an operating temperature range of -31°F to 140°F, the displays are designed to thrive outside year-round. Wind and vandals are accounted for as well, with robust IK10 Rated, anti-reflective, impact resistant safety glass.

For when the weather is great and the sun is shining, the displays are optically bonded which increases the perceived contrast ratio and cuts down on glare, providing amazing picture quality, even in direct sunlight. Additionally, the Xtreme High Bright line of commercial displays offer 2500 nits of light output to combat high ambient lighting conditions. The Ambient Light Sensor automatically adjusts brightness, which optimizes the display’s power consumption & enhances the viewing experience.

Perfect for digital signage solutions for any professional application, the Xtreme High Bright Outdoor displays are available in 43-inch, 49-inch and 55-inch screen sizes. Remote and local monitoring is supported via IP Addressable user interface, allowing network operation centers the ability to view real-time diagnostics and measure proof of performance.
