The library space at DFW is utilized primarily for in house meetings, webinars, and video conferencing. The space is home to an Infocus Mondopad with integrated camera, microphone and soundbar, a great collaboration tool for the DFW. By using the Mondopad, DFW has the ability to have multiple types of web conferencing calls within the library, and has recently even started using it to conduct interviews over the web to speak with prospective employees. The mondopad has made meetings more dynamic, participants more engaged and workflow more efficient. The mondopad, which is essentially a giant touch tablet in the front of the room, has the ability to do multi-touch, control from abroad and digital interactivity and document annotation with both people in the room and on the far end. Integration of the ConX IP video phone makes it easy to enable visual communication calls to improve productivity and business interactions.
